Event organization is one of the most difficult and stressful jobs. This saying is probably not strange to those who have "fallen in love" with the world of sound, light and sublime moments on stage. In the eyes of the public, the event stage always appears brilliant: grand, neat, with radiant faces and endless applause. But behind it are stories that only insiders can truly understand.
Staying up all night
For event organizers, the biological clock seems to be constantly turned upside down. Staying up all night is no longer a strange concept, but has become a “daily occurrence”. When the city lights are off, when everyone is fast asleep, that is the time when we Lime people and many other brothers and sisters in the profession are racing against time.
Everything from coming up with ideas, running content, keeping up with the production schedule of even the smallest items, or coordinating personnel… requires high concentration and the ability to constantly improvise with quick response speed. Staying up all night to perfect proposals, editing stage layouts down to the centimeter, or even “running” after last-minute changes from clients have become indispensable “specialties” in the career.
Many people ask, “How can I endure it?” But it’s not about enduring, it’s about training: Training the body to get used to being awake at 3am to confirm the line-up list; training the memory to be able to “check off” dozens of tasks despite lack of sleep; training the spirit not to collapse during stressful stages and moments…

Because behind a perfect stage are hundreds of hours of silent work and sleepless nights. It is during these times that event organizers like us learn to overcome our limits, hone our will and affirm our love for the profession. Because we believe that the most lasting values are always created from persistent and relentless efforts.
Mountain climbing
“Climbing” here not only literally means moving over difficult terrain but also metaphorically means unexpected challenges. Bad weather is one of the most formidable “enemies”. Sudden showers, scorching sun or strong winds can upset all the carefully prepared plans.
A memorable event that LIME held in Muong Hoa. Before the event took place, it rained continuously for 5 days. Heavy rain made the road leading to the stage muddy and slippery, causing countless difficulties in moving. The special terrain and limited roads further increased the "difficulty" of transporting and assembling performance equipment.
The gathering place was only 1km away from the performance venue, but due to heavy rain, the actors and crew could not rehearse on stage. The entire crew and actors had to move all props and equipment to the Muong Hoa Commune Cultural House, 10km away on a mountain pass. That was also the “replacement” location for the stage during the 4 days of heavy rain.

The Lime Media & Entertainment organizing team had to “struggle” to transport equipment back and forth between two locations more than 10km apart to avoid bad weather. With limited human resources, the muddy, rocky roads became real “trekking routes”. All we know is that at that time, no one thought about the hardship or fear, there was only one thought: to complete, to ensure the event was successful. That is the professionalism, the team spirit that we at Lime are always proud of.
For Nha Lime, “mountain climbing” is not just about overcoming difficult terrain, but also a journey to overcome one’s own limits – physically, mentally and flexibly in all situations. Each arduous journey is a chance to prove one’s spirit to the profession. And when the stage lights up in the middle of harsh nature, every drop of sweat becomes worthwhile.

Sleeping underground

Although it is hard work, no one allows themselves to be sloppy or unprofessional. We understand that the image of LIME people in particular and the image of customers in general lies in every action and gesture of each employee. Therefore, no matter how tired we are, we always try to maintain a polite attitude, a quick style and a smile on our lips.

Quick Snack
Coordinating the program, running the stage, and ensuring everything goes according to plan are always the top priorities of the organizing team during the event. Sometimes, the hustle and bustle of work takes us so fast that we forget the most basic needs of the body, including eating and drinking.
